
Concordia issues student identification cards during Orientation Days. Students are charged a fee for replacing lost or stolen cards. Replacement cards are available from the office of the Dean of Student Affairs.

If you lose or damage your ID Card, you may purchase a replacement card for $15.00. (Important: If you lose your card, you should notify Security Services at 780-479-8761 and contact the Library at 780-479-9338 immediately.) Replacement cards are available at Student Affairs Office (HA120) at the following times.
An expiry sticker is distributed with each student's confirmation schedule during the student orientation. This sticker is to be placed on the ID card.
The student card can also be used for paying for cafeteria food. Cafeteria credit can be purchased at the Business office cashier and students can check their account balance by going to Your Statement of Account.
There are no transaction fees.
Student ID Cards can also be used as Copy Cards. Contact the Concordia Bookstore if you have any questions on using your Student ID card as a Copy Card.
