Students Looking for Living Accommodations

Concordia maintains the Off-Campus Housing Registry as a service for its students. However, Concordia University College of Alberta does not inspect, recommend, or approve the accommodations listed here. Students are advised to carefully inspect potential rental accommodations and to become well-informed of their rights and responsibilities as tenants; a good source of information is the Laws for Tenants in Alberta webpage.

Landlords with Accommodations for Rent

To place a listing in the Off-Campus Housing Registry, complete the Landlord Application package and fax it ATTN: Student Affairs at 780-378-8460. Currently enrolled students may place a rental accommodation in the registry at no charge; all others must pay a non-refundable $25.00 administration fee which is effective for the academic year ending April 30th.

The Off-Campus Housing Registry is posted on campus, disseminated to students who request it, and published on this webpage. Please note that, while we provide the registry to students, Concordia University College of Alberta does not in any way guarantee results.

While we normally revise hard copies of the Off-Campus Housing Registry on Fridays of each week, please note that the online version may take 5 to 7 days to update. You may cancel your accommodation listing at anytime.
