Our mission:
To support Concordia's mission by providing leadership and services in order to maximize the potential and ability of employees to contribute and develop.
Goals:
- Provide Human Resource services that ensure alignment between the strategic direction of Concordia and the goals and objectives of its people.
- Provide advice and counsel to administrators and supervisors in building community and facilitating an excellent working climate at Concordia.
- To support human resource activities within all departments.
- To achieve cost efficiencies through improved processes and technologies both within HR and the University.
- Actively seek out and implement client suggestions on their needs to improve Human Resources services.
- To play a role in the broader human resources community representing Concordia.
