Our mission:

To support Concordia's mission by providing leadership and services in order to maximize the potential and ability of employees to contribute and develop.

Goals:

  • Provide Human Resource services that ensure alignment between the strategic direction of Concordia and the goals and objectives of its people.
  • Provide advice and counsel to administrators and supervisors in building community and facilitating an excellent working climate at Concordia.
  • To support human resource activities within all departments.
  • To achieve cost efficiencies through improved processes and technologies both within HR and the University.
  • Actively seek out and implement client suggestions on their needs to improve Human Resources services.
  • To play a role in the broader human resources community representing Concordia.
