Undergraduate Admission

How to Apply to an Undergraduate program at Concordia

Step 1: Decide which program you would like to apply to.  Concordia offers a variety of undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs

  • This application process allows you to apply to our Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Management, Bachelor of Education (After Degree), Bachelor of Environmental Heath (After Degree), and Open Studies programs.  You can apply to our other programs via our Apply Now Page.

Step 2: Check the deadline to make sure that you submit your application and documents on time.

Step 3:  Apply using ApplyAlberta

  • You will be prompted to create a SIAMS (Security Identity and Access Management System) account.
  • After creating the account and filling in a personal and academic profile you will need to select Concordia University College of Alberta and complete the rest of the application, select your program choice, and to submit your application fee.

Step 4: Arrange to have your transcripts and admissions documents sent to Concordia.

Concordia can request some official transcripts on your behalf through ApplyAlberta, however, you may be required to have additional transcripts sent.  When you complete your application, you will be notified which transcripts Concordia will request and which ones you will need to request.

Step 5: Respond to Concordia's Admission Advisors who may try to contact you by e-mail or phone if they have any questions about your application.  Your quick response may mean that you will receive Early Admission from Concordia.
